Shipping Policy

Every Nine Lives piece is handcrafted with care and intention. Many items are made to order, so please allow adequate time for production and shipping.


Processing Time

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: Please allow 3–4 weeks for production before shipping.

  • Collection Pieces: A very small stock is kept on hand. If your size is in stock, it will ship within 3–5 business days. If not, it will be made to order (2-3 weeks).

  • Preorders: All preorders are made to order and follow the same 2-3 week production timeline.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Timeframes (via Bobgo couriers)

South Africa

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 2–5 business days (after dispatch), tracked door-to-door courier.

  • Express Shipping (Paid Upgrade): 1–2 business days (main centres only), available at checkout.

International Shipping

Currently we don't ship internationally. But don't worry, this is coming soon.


In-Person Collection (Cape Town)

You’re welcome to collect your piece in person, by appointment only:

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing your order. Nine Lives Jewellery cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

If you need to update your address after ordering, email info@ninelivesjewellery.com as soon as possible.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your parcel leaves the studio, it is in the hands of the courier. If your package seems delayed or lost, please contact me at info@ninelivesjewellery.com and I’ll assist in tracking it down.
